Product Specification 

* As a guide, a dosage range of 100 ml to 200 ml per 50kg bag of cementitious material is recommended.

* Optimum dosage of MasterPel 777 should be determined with trial mixes. Higher dosages may be required when certain combinations of materials and conditions are present or water reduction in excess of 15% is required. Because of variations in concrete materials, job site conditions, and/or applications, dosages outside of the recommended range may be required. In such cases, contact your local BASF representative.

Application 

A ready-to-use powder called MasterPel 760 is combined with cement and put into the concrete. The following order of mixing will result in the most effective waterproofing mixture: course batching the aggregates batches of tiny particles batch additives for cement and minerals MasterPel 760 Dry mix should be sprinkled for one to two minutes to produce a uniform dry mixture. MasterPel 760 has minimal to no impact on the concrete's ability to be worked. It is advised to carry out preliminary site testing to gauge the outcome. The admixture dosage or water use can be changed to accommodate any increase or decrease in the workability.
