MVIKAS E-Marketplace is a B2B platform, designed specifically for small & medium businesses dealing with industrial goods in India. It brings traders, wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, and customers in India on to a single platform. With an in-depth research about the consumer’s expectations and strategies well-developed to fulfil those expectations, MVIKAS strives to provide fast delivery, wide range of products, competitive prices, organised buying process, professional services, secure payment process and buying assistance to everyone connected with them across India.

You can register by entering some very basic details about your company namely; Company name, Name of the contact person, mobile no and e-mail. Once you enter all the details, you will receive an OTP on the mobile number and the registration process will begin. Being a B2B platform, the only requirement to register with MVIKAS E-Marketplace is that you own or work at a business or a shop.

MOQ is Minimum Order Quantity. MOQ is set by sellers and can be different for different products / listings. A buyer needs to purchase at least the mentioned MOQ to continue the trade. Please chat with seller to understand if he is willing to allow the trade of her product at a lower MOQ.

You can pay by cash/credit/debit card once the order is delivered to you. There is provision to purchase the products on credit but it is available on few sellers. Please reach out to MVIKAS Support (care@MVIKAS.in) or call at 011-46039993 to check if you can avail credit for your purchase(s).

As a buyer, you need not worry about arranging shipment or any 3rd party shipment to pick up and deliver your order. MVIKAS Super Logistics arranges for the order to be picked up.

As a buyer, you are liable to pay for the shipment services. Please check the Review Order Page to get an estimate of the logistics charges.

Shipment charges are required to be paid along with the payment for the order to the seller. You can check the shipping / logistics charges on the order page.

It depends on where the seller is shipping from and what is the buyer's location. Usually, interstate deliveries take anywhere between 7-10 days while within the state can happen within a week. Please check with MVIKAS Support to understand how long it will take to get your order.

You can see all your orders in 'My Orders' screen.

You can track the status of your order from My Orders page. Click on any order to see its details.

Right now all couriers are taken care by MVIKAS Super Logistics. A buyer/seller can use its own shipment services at their own risk. MVIKAS, in that case will not be accountable for any damages or defects. For any special request, do reach out to the seller or MVIKAS Support (care@MVIKAS.in)

In case you miss the delivery of your product, kindly get in touch with us by writing to us at care@MVIKAS.in or calling us between 10 AM-6 PM, justifying the reason for having missed the delivery and only when we are satisfied with your reply, we will reschedule the delivery for you.

Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted. But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

You can request for the item to be replaced or returned by sending us a mail on care@MVIKAS.in or calling our helpline number 011-46039993 between 9 AM and 6 PM.

The courier person will call you before delivery only if he cannot find your location with the address shared.

You can cancel an order using any of the below mentioned methods:
  • By contacting us on our helpline number – 011-46039993 (9 AM - 6 PM).
  • By writing to us at care@MVIKAS.in.

Order can be cancelled only before dispatch or within 24 hours, whichever is earlier. Once cancelled, complete amount will be refunded.

  • It takes 24hrs to cancel the order once the request is received on call.
  • Request received through mails will be fulfilled within 48hrs.
  • Orders will be cancelled immediately if done via my accounts section.

Yes, MVIKAS.in reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
  • Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.
  • In case of wrong product price or specification mentioned on Industrybuying.com.
  • Unavailability of products – In exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock with the vendor, the product will be cancelled; however, remaining products of the order will be delivered.
  • If the area in which customer is residing is not served by us or made Out of Delivery area by Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order.
  • Suspected fraudulent information.

A product cannot be returned but exchanged with the same product only under the following circumstances:
  • Product is physically damaged/defective
  • Varies from the description on the website
  • Wrong item delivered

Mentioned below are the criteria for Return/Exchange
  • Customer should intimate us within 5 days of receiving the order
  • For damaged product customer should intimate us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product should be unused
  • Brand packing should remain intact
  • Invoice should be available
  • All the tags/labels should be available

Customer should follow the below mentioned steps in order to Return any item.
  • Customer should intimate us through call/email within 5 days of receiving the order.
    Customer has to make sure that

    A. The product is unused. Not even once

    B. Brand packaging should remain intact.

    C. Invoice should be available

    D. All the tags/labels should be available

  • We will raise a request for Reverse pickup and try to arrange it from our end. Once arranged our courier boy will come to collect the product within 2 business days.
  • Customer has to make sure that he packs the product in proper manner and paste the invoice on it. It should in logistic friendly manner.
  • Customer will have to handover the product to the courier boy.
  • Once picked up product will be sent to us by the courier partner.
  • Upon receiving the product a Quality inspection would be performed over the product. It will take 2 days time.
  • If any damage/defect is found from MVIKAS end, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product.
  • In case of refund, money will be refunded to the customer.

In some cases where our Logistic Service Provider (MVIKAS Super Logistics) doesn’t provide reverse pickup facility, customer will have to send the product on his own to us only through India postal the below mentioned address once the request for reverse pickup is raised:

Once sent, customer needs to share the Courier slip along with the following bank details at care@MVIKAS.in:

  • Account number
  • Account holder name (Same as registered with MVIKAS.in)
  • IFSC Code
  • Upon receiving the product a Quality inspection would be performed over the product. It will take 2 days time.
  • If any damage/defect etc. is found from MVIKAS end, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product.
  • In case of refund, money will be refunded to the customer.
  • Incase, product doesn’t clear Quality inspection, we will re-ship the product to the customer and he will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment in order to receive the product. No courier charges to send the product to us will be re-imbursed.
