It can be utilised with formwork or in circumstances requiring the installation of additional steel reinforcement because of its prolonged "open" life. The product is ideal for usage in loading bays, factories, bridges, and other structures, as well as floor toppings that are attached to or formed of granolith. Nittobond EP is appropriate for use indoors and outside.

Nitobond EP can also be used as a component of a repair system when a bonding agent is necessary if it is anticipated that the substrate will be perpetually damp or wet. Cementitious grout is used to form a sturdy bearing surface between structural baseplates and base foundations. The already-existing concrete slab can accommodate the load in an evenly dispersed manner. The grout will assist in transferring the overall load from the column into the concrete base.
