Application
* They are used in procedures like die reworking, metal polishing, gasket removal, and weld smoothing. These air-powered tools are frequently lighter than corded or cordless grinders to reduce user fatigue during extended usage.
* Die grinders rotate carbide burs, mounted points, cartridge rolls, flap wheels, and other attachments for polishing, deburring, and grinding. They cannot be cut with since they are guardless. The rated speed of an attachment must be equal to or greater than the top speed of the grinder to prevent breaking or flying apart. Die grinders can remove light to moderate amounts of material when an angle grinder would be too large and a rotary tool would be too small. They are employed, among other things, to polish metal, take out gaskets, rework dies, and smooth welds. These machines, which run on pressurised air and help avoid operator fatigue during extended use, are frequently lighter than corded or cordless grinders.
